The European home improvement and gardening supplies retail market is dominated by geographically diversified store chains. The Western European markets, including the UK, Germany and France, are highly organized and growing slowly. In contrast, the Eastern European markets are still in their infancy and are expected to record strong growth rates in the coming years.
